How it works

A disciple-making ecosystem, explained in plain language

CoMission exists to help God's people make disciples who multiply. The ecosystem is built around one central problem: spiritually open people are often not connected to believers who are ready and equipped to disciple them.

The core flow

From spiritual interest to multiplication

Every part of CoMission serves this pathway. It works the same whether interest is surfaced in a clinic, a prayer request, a mission team conversation, or a Sunday gathering.

  1. 1

    Spiritual interest is surfaced

Compassion, service, and prayer create openings where spiritual openness becomes visible.

  2. 2

    Information is captured

A spiritual seeker is noted — on paper or digitally — so the moment of openness is not lost.

  3. 3

    The platform organizes the opportunity

The record enters the platform, and routing determines ownership and next steps.

  4. 4

    A disciple maker is assigned

An equipped believer is connected to the seeker to begin Bible-centered follow-up.

  5. 5

    Follow-up begins

The disciple maker walks with the seeker through Scripture, trusting the Word and the Spirit.

  6. 6

    Leaders oversee the process

Pastors and coordinators get visibility, and support roles strengthen the whole system.

  7. 7

    Discipleship moves toward multiplication

Disciples become disciple makers — and the pathway begins again.

Who's involved

Every role has a place

CoMission supports multiple roles — not just one. The pathway holds together because each person contributes what they can, from surfacing interest to overseeing multiplication.

Disciple makers

Equipped believers who walk with seekers through Scripture.

Pastors & leaders

Shepherds who organize, assign, and oversee the work.

Ministries & organizations

Compassion and service work that surfaces spiritual openness.

Seekers

Spiritually open people ready for prayer, Scripture, and follow-up.

Prayer partners

Those who strengthen the system through prayer and support.

Digitization helpers

Volunteers who turn handwritten forms into records that can be followed up.

The heart of it

We help spiritual interest become spiritual follow-up

God is already at work, and spiritual hunger is real. The question is whether the church is prepared to respond. CoMission is a disciple-making platform and implementation model that teaches a Bible-centered, Spirit-dependent, obedience-oriented vision of disciple making.

It teaches that God builds faith through His Word, that ordinary believers can help others know Jesus through Scripture, and that churches need practical pathways for disciple making. The platform simply helps steward those opportunities more faithfully — so that no one who is open to God is quietly lost for lack of follow-up.
