Become a Sponsoring Church
Some churches will never be able to hire a consultant. Yours can send one.
A church in the southern mountains of Honduras can no more put church consulting in its budget than it can put up a second building. It isn't a lack of will — the leaders are willing, the members are willing, the years of relationship in that community are already there. What's missing is training that costs more than their annual budget. Meanwhile your congregation has a missions budget and a real desire to fund something that lasts longer than a week.
The two numbers
We publish both numbers. Always.
The full cost
What it actually costs to serve this church — staff, travel, materials, platform, follow-up.
The church's contribution
What the church itself gives, scaled to what churches in its country can carry.
A twelve-month Implement for a 150–400 member Honduran church:
The full cost
$18,000
Your church's gift

The gap is what you're funding. We never hide it, never pad it, and never itemize travel to a church that can't control it.
And the contribution is never zero. A church that gives nothing has committed nothing — so there is always a floor, even if it is $25 a month or a week of housing and meals for our team.
The gift
What a Sponsoring Church gives
Sponsoring Churches give annually, by size, on monthly autopay. It's published as a gift, not a fee.
| Your congregation | Annual | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Under 150 | $1,200 | $100 a month |
| 150–400 | $3,000 | $250 a month |
| 400–1,000 | $6,000 | $500 a month |
| 1,000+ | $12,000 | $1,000 a month |
This is the band for a congregation your size.
What you get back
It isn't a donation into the dark
- A church, by name.A congregation, a pastor, a community — introduced to you, and yours to pray for.
- Their disciple-maker rate and generational depth. The two numbers we hold ourselves to, for the church you are funding.
- A standing invitation to bring a team.Come and meet them. A week in the field does more for a missions committee than any report.
- Full access for your own church.Every course, plan, and study we have built — free, as it is for everyone.
Where your gift actually goes
Your gift goes to the whole work, not into one church’s account
That's deliberate: it means the church you're matched with is served by the best people we have and the right length of engagement, rather than only by what one congregation happened to raise that year. You get the relationship; the work gets the stability.
If you'd rather fund one specific, completable thing instead, we publish those too — a certification, a cohort seat, a Launch, a year of coaching.
Two bases
Two bases, and why it matters to your giving
We work from Honduras and from Tennessee. Central American churches are served from Honduras; North American churches from Tennessee. Each is served close to home.
That isn't a convenience. Serving Honduras from Honduras costs us a fraction of what it costs a ministry flying in from the States. That difference doesn't lower anyone's price — it means the same pool of sponsoring churches funds materially more engagements than it otherwise could.
