The whole system, published
A church that can see the whole system trusts the number it is quoted. Hidden discounting reads as charity; a published factor reads as design. So here is the entire thing — the factors, what they do and don't change, and what we credit when a church hosts us instead of writing a cheque.
The four tiers
What each tier changes
The tier is a single number that scales what your church is asked to give. Pick the one that fits your country. We do not verify it.

What the factor does not change
The work costs the same everywhere
Full cost is a function of the engagement and the size of the church — a Launch for a 300-member church costs what it costs, in Tennessee or in Honduras. There is no country dimension to it, and a Honduran engagement is not quoted cheaper.
What the tier scales is the second number: what the receiving church is asked to carry. Sponsoring churches cover the difference, on purpose, so that a church's budget decides how it participates rather than whether it can.
And the contribution is never zero. A church that gives nothing has committed nothing — so there is always a floor, even when that floor is a week of housing and meals for the team.
If you cannot cover it in cash
Host us, and it counts
Housing, meals, a venue, translation — all credited at these published rates against what your church gives. Many churches cover their entire contribution this way.

A church that covers its contribution this way has genuinely contributed. It is not a discount, and we do not think of it as one — hosting a team well is real work, and it is often worth more to the week than the money would have been.
