C1 — Multiply: Release, Don't Lead
The close of the arc. Your success is leaders released, not groups led — model, assist, watch, launch, and give it away.

Look back first. Did you deliver the phased plan to your leadership? What did they say? These are the reports that turn a plan into a movement.
You’ve built the whole system — the pipeline, the five levels, the retrofit, the age pipeline, the track and the bench, the phased rollout. One thing finishes it, and it’s the hardest:
Release, don’t lead. Your success is leaders released, not ministry performed.
The pattern one more time — MAWL: Model → Assist → Watch → Launch. You’ve modeled and assisted all course. This session is about the last two moves: watch them do it, then leave — hand the work to the people you raised.
Read 2 Timothy 2:2 aloud, twice. The verse that opened B1 now closes the arc — what you have heard, entrust to faithful people who will teach others also. Four generations in one sentence: Paul → Timothy → faithful people → others. That chain, not any single leader, is the goal.
I used to hold on to the work instead of raising someone to replace me. The turn: give it away.
Practice: name, out loud, the person you will hand your next piece of the work to — and the first thing you’ll entrust to them this month.
Your “I will”: launch one person you’ve been coaching — name and date — and name who you’ll teach this whole strategy to next.
Close — the commissioning: you are sent to reproduce, not to perform. “Make me bold, make me humble.”
