Intro: What Is a Discovery Bible Study?

Why we open the Bible to grow and obey — and the one rule that makes it reproducible.

A Discovery Bible Study isn’t a class and it isn’t a sermon — it’s a simple way to meet Jesus in a short passage and do what He says. You don’t need to be an expert; if you can ask a question, you can do this. The whole method is three moves: you eat the Word, you digest it, and God makes it grow. In the next few minutes we’ll walk through each one, using one short story so you can see it work.

The one rule that keeps it reproducible: the Bible and the Spirit are the teachers — we discover, we don’t lecture.
